Dinner is in the oven… fresh made (moments ago) sausage with garlic and Merlot on a bed of peppers, onions, potatoes, and garlic tossed in EVOO with salt and pepper. Wrap up the pouch and bake at 350 for about an hour. Top with herb of choice when done.
